Here is Our Home Meat Slicer Reviews
In this section, you’ll find each of the meat slicer reviews. We’ll look more in-depth into each of the 10 best meat slicers on the market.
We’ll also discuss what we did and didn’t like about each one – and the real-world performance you can expect from each of them.
Let’s get into the reviews!
1. OSTBA Electric Meat Slicer
- Thickness is Up to ¾”
- 150w Durable Power
- Non Slip Feet
- 7.5-inch Blade Size
- Stainless Steel
- Safety Lock & Power Button
- Adjustable Thickness Food Slicer
- Machine for Meat, Cheese, Bread
- Seamless and Removable
If you’re into getting precise cuts and different thicknesses, or you change thickness settings often – then this might be the right meat slicer for you.
You’ll be able to adjust the thickness from super-thin cuts all the way through to larger ¾” cuts (19mm). This slicer will also be able to cut quickly through tough blocks of cheese, vegetables, and fruits without much issue.
These two features combine expertly to bring you a very versatile meat slicer. It isn’t important where you’re working and the surface you’re working on. The non-slip feet of the slicer will give you solid stability on all surfaces.
You’ll get precise cuts without needing to worry too much about safety. There is a simultaneous two-touch process to turning the slicer on. This avoids you accidentally hitting the on switching and giving your hands a neat slicing!
Even at 150W, the slicer isn’t too loud. It doesn’t shake and jumps too much either.
The blade is stainless steel and is super-easy to keep clean. The major parts of the slicer are removable – though not the easiest to take apart without a little patience at first.
You’ll need to spend some time taking the slicer apart. Once you’ve got a little practice you’ll be doing it in no time.
This is definitely a top pick for the best home meat slicer at this price point!
- High-quality stainless steel blade
- Not too loud or shaky
- Non-slip feet work well
- Fine and super-thin cuts are easy to get
- A little complex to take the slicer apart, to begin with
- The 7.5” blade is a little too small to use in a Deli (more suited to home use)
2. Gourmia GFS700 Professional Electric Meat Slicer
- Thickness is Up to ¾”
- 180w Durable Power
- Non Slip Feet
- 7.5 inch Blade Size
- Stainless Stell
- Anti Slip Rubber Feet
- Adjustable Knob
- Thickness Handle
- Safe and Easy Cleaning
This is a great affordable meat slicer. You’re not going to get the performance and quality of much more expensive meat slicers – but you’ll get good value for your money.
The slicer ticks all the right boxes. It has an adjustable thickness that also lets you get some pretty accurate thin slices. The RPM (revolutions per minute) is around 50-70, which I’d say is a little slow.
It’s enough for home use (though not extensive daily home use) and will give you good enough results. It draws quite a bit more power than similarly priced options, but this shouldn’t have much of an impact on your user experience.
It’s strong enough to handle most meat cuts and will comfortably cut through cheese, fruit, and vegetables. You might struggle a little if you’re cutting through bone – and doing it often.
This isn’t the most durable slicer you’re going to find on the market. If you want something industrial, then you should probably shy away from this slicer.
It’s perfect for casual and relatively light home usage, but not much more than that.
It’s a budget-friendly and value for money electric meat slicer for home use. You’ll get what you need from it, and a little more on top of that!
- Pretty easy to clean and take apart
- Value for money and wallet-friendly option
- High-quality stainless steel blade makes up for the lower RPM count
- Very easy to use with good safety protections – great for beginners
- The durability of the motor and other moving parts aren’t fantastic
- The suction power of the non-slip cups faded away with frequent use
3. SuperHandy Electric Meat Slicer
- Thickness is Up to 4/5”
- 100w Durable Power
- Non Slip Feet
- 6.7 Inch Blade Size
- Stainless Stell
- Portable & Collapsible
- RSG Solingen Blade
- Fold-Able Sleek Design
- Slice a Wide Variety of Foods
Here’s a fabulous budget-friendly meat slicer that’s also built to last. This isn’t very common in the wallet-friendly realm and was a refreshing surprise.
The blade is exquisite quality, German manufactured stainless steel. It’s a little small at 6.7” so isn’t perfectly suited to professional use.
It’s well-suited to the amateur or budding professional. You’ll be able to get high-quality cuts, longevity, and performance from a slicer that costs a lot less than similar performing ones.
That makes is a great model to get started on and build up your skills with. You’re able to get slightly thicker cuts than some of the previous (and more expensive) on this list.
This is all achieved while still only drawing 100W of power. This means less risk, enhanced durability, and more stability while using the slicer.
I found the suction cups that hold the slicer in place to be some of the best I’ve used in a while. They held the slicer firmly in place saved me having to ruin cuts trying to hold the slicer in place at the same time.
All of these aspects converge to bring you a very likable and reliable meat slicer that swings above its weight class.
The design is slim and sleek – and lighter than you’d think – giving a more classy overall impression.
This is a fantastic professional meat slicer that gets you started down the right path on your journey!
- Low power requirements at around 100W
- Better longevity than more expensive slicers
- Excellently engineered and designed blade and body
- Value for money is off the charts
- The blade is pretty small and only really suited to home and small-scale use
- Not easy at all to take apart and thoroughly clean
4. Chefman Die-Cast Electric Meat Slicer
- Thickness is Up to ¾”
- 180w Durable Power
- Non Slip Feet
- 7.5 Inch Blade Size
- Stainless Stell
- Adjustable Thickness Dial
- 9″ x 12″ Deli Slicer
- Blade Safety Guard
- Machine for Cheese, Bread, Fruit & Veggies
For safety and reliable performance, this meat slicer is among the best in its price range. There are guards for the meat pusher and the blade that make it very hard to cut yourself – you’d actually have to make an effort to get injured.
I thought the thickness was very easy to adjust using the responsive dial. I must admit that the 0-10 scale was hard to understand fully at first, but you quickly learn what number corresponds to what thickness.
The slicer is very resistant to scratches and will look new for a long time. It is compact considering that it has a 7.5” blade and 180W motor inside.
There’s more than enough power, speed, and strength to get you through all your home slicing needs. You’ll also be able to use this slicer for light commercial or industrial use. It’s robust and durable enough to handle it.
As for cleaning, you’ll need to do this regularly as it builds up pretty quickly. Cleaning is relatively easy and quick, though there’ll be a little bit of a learning curve, to begin with – especially if you’re a beginner.
The cost is one of the most attractive features of this slicer. This lower cost has been achieved without needing to sacrifice performance (thanks to the die-cast build).
Overall, it’s one of my favorite picks for best meat slicer at this price – plus it looks great too!
P.S. If you want to know a little more about die casting – this is a fantastic read for in-depth information, pros and cons and more!
- High-quality build that is robust and durable
- High precision cuts and easily adjustable thickness
- Excellent value for money
- Capable of handling heavier duty use
- The unit is heavy and the suction cups can struggle to hold it in place
- 180W motor draws a lot of power and is loud
5. ONEISALL Electric Deli Meat Slicer
- Thickness is Up to ¾”
- 150w Durable Power
- Non Slip Feet
- 7.5 Inch Blade Size
- Stainless Stell
- Adjustable Thickness Deli Slicer
- Removable 304 Stainless Steel Blades
- Seamless and Removable
- Machine for Meat, Cheese, Bread, Fruit & Veggies
You’re getting two removable blades with this slicer. The blades are very sharp and will easily cut through any food you put in its path.
Unfortunately, I didn’t really like the design of this slicer. There were a couple of places on the body near the blade, where the paint had come off. This is likely to rust in the long run.
There are also a couple of places on the blade that is likely to show signs of rusting too.
If you take care of the slicer and clean it often, this shouldn’t be an issue for you.
It’s an easy slicer for beginners to use and can give you accurate cuts without needing too much practice. It’s actually better suited to beginners in my opinion.
The price is decent, though it might struggle when going head to head with other similarly priced slicers. You’re not going to get serious productivity from it, but it is comfortable to cover all home uses.
The blades are easy to keep sharp and they stay sharp for longer.
This slicer is right in the middle in terms of performance and price when it goes head-to-head with the other best meat slicer reviews.
- You get two stainless steel blades that last a long time
- Quality and precise cuts
- The thickness of the cut is easy to adjust
- Easy to use and better for beginners
- Needs regular and careful care, otherwise, rust can build-up
- Cleaning is quite a mission
6. Baulia MS820 Food and Meat Slicer
- Thickness is Up to ¾”
- 150w Durable Power
- Non Slip Feet
- 7.5 Inch Blade Size
- Stainless Stell
- Removable Blade for Easy Cleaning
- Machine for Bread, Deli, Veggies, Meat,
- Cut Food From Ultra-Thin Slices
- A Built-In Safety Button
This slicer is very consistent and reliable. You’ll be able to quickly put out even slices, even across different foods and meats.
The blades are very sharp and strong – begin driven by a solid 150W motor. It’s not too loud and doesn’t shake and move too much either.
This works together with the suction cups that hold the unit in place very well. The slicer isn’t going to move around much, if at all. J
This was one of the easiest and hassle-free slicers to take apart and clean. This usually isn’t the case with these affordable slicers and impressed me. You’ll be able to get a good clean done in less than 10 minutes once you’ve done it a couple of times.
I’d give this slicer an excellent safety rating. There are so many mechanisms in place to prevent various injuries that it’s highly unlikely you’ll get so much as a scratch.
This, of course, doesn’t mean you should ignore all safety practices, but it’s very safe when it matters most!
This is one of the best home meat slicer units you’ll find at this price. The safety is excellent and the qualities of the cuts are on par with far more expensive slicers.
- High-quality cuts that are consistent and quick
- Very easy to take apart and thoroughly clean
- Not too loud or shaky – the suction works well
- Decent longevity of the blades
- The body doesn’t feel particularly strong
- The thinnest cuts aren’t always the best
7. Elite Platinum EMT-625B Electric Meat Slicer
- Thickness is Up to ½”
- 120w Durable Power
- Non Slip Feet
- 7.5 Inch Blade Size
- Stainless Stell
- Adjustable Thickness
- Die-Cast Aluminum
- Rustproof and Easy to Clean
- Machine Meat, Cold Cuts, Hard Cheese, Vegetables & Bread
While the maximum thickness of the cuts is only ½” (which is thicker than most people will be using a home slicer for), this slicer still has excellent value for money.
It’s not the smallest unit you’ll find, but it’s small enough to keep on the counter all the time. I tend to put it away after cleaning and using it.
This slicer is more than capable enough to handle all your home cutting and meal prepping. It looks good too – the black color lasts a long time and is resistant to scratching.
It’s relatively easy to clean and take apart but will take a little practice to get it down to an art. I like to use a little vinegar and warm water for quick and effective cleaning.
This slicer is excellent at thin slicing. I found it to be perfect for slicing up cold meats for snack platters. Every piece was consistent and it didn’t take long at all.
This meat slicer could also make for an excellent gift for friends and family. It’s good enough for all family events and can even cater to some larger events.
- Very high-quality thin cuts – they can get really thin!
- Good quality build and longevity
- Doesn’t take up too much space on a counter
- Looks sleek and luxurious
- Can’t make cuts thicker than ½”
- Thickness slider tends to give a little in the direction you’re moving it in – this can give you slightly different results if you don’t pay careful attention to the cuts
8. Kitchener Professional Electric Meat Slicer
- Thickness is Up to 5/8”
- 150w Durable Power
- Non Slip Feet
- 9 Inch Blade Size
- Stainless Stell
- Adjustable Thickness
- Deli Cheese Food Slicer
- Different Blades for Precision
- Machine for Salamis, Meats, Cheeses & Breads.
This professional meat slicer can handle larger quantities and more commercial uses that the other home slicers we’ve looked at.
The 9-inch blade is very capable and can cut through any meat, vegetable and fruit with ease. It’s supported by a powerful 150W motor that has a high RPM.
Despite the larger size, this slicer can cut really thin – and I mean ‘really’ thin. I was very impressed that a unit of this size could get such thin cuts.
Admittedly though, not every single cut was the same and there were some inconsistencies. This wasn’t always the case, and it usually happened after more than 10 minutes of non-stop slicing.
It’s not the prettiest meat slicer in the world, but it packs a punch as has some serious ruggedness. This would be a great addition to a kitchen that handles a lot of cutting and slicing.
Thankfully the not-so-beautiful design makes this slicer far easier to take apart and clean that most of the others I’ve used before.
It’s comfortable to use and very safe. Overall, it’s an excellent and reliable professional meat slicer for home or light commercial use.
- Powerful motor and large 9” blade gives superior performance and quality at this price
- Very thin slices
- Holds its place well and doesn’t slide around
- Great value for money
- Not the best looking meat slicer
- It’s really loud and ‘clanky’ sounding
9. SuperDeal Commercial Electric Meat Slicer
- Thickness is Up to ¾”
- 150w Durable Power
- Non Slip Feet
- 10 Inch Blade Size
- Stainless Stell
- Adjustable Thickness
- Semi-Auto Slicer
- Sharpening is Easy and Clean
- Machine for Meat, Cheese, Deli and Veggies
There is a big space that is provided for you to place whatever you are cutting. It’s around 7 inches wide and gives you plenty of space to hold big hams and blocks of cheese.
It’s quite a challenge to remove the blade, and so the cleaning process isn’t easy. You’ll get the hang of it after doing it a couple of times. Even then, it’s still not that convenient.
Cutting is almost effortless with the powerful motor and the large 10-inch blade. It’s good quality and has anti-rusting properties to give it a long and useful life.
The build is heavy duty and there is no plastic inside – except for the plastic shield which is optional anyway.
That makes this one of the strongest and most durable slicers of these meat slicer reviews.
It’s a fantastic electric meat slicer for home use that can also double as a commercial slicer!
- Heavy-duty build that’s very strong
- Effortless cutting
- Large 7” space for placing meat while cutting
- Giant 10” blade for heavy-duty cutting and slicing
- The blade is tough to remove – making the whole slicer hard to clean well
- Not much clearance under the plate to catch the meat
10. KWS MS-6RT Premium Meat Cutter and Slicer
- Thickness is Up to 2/5”
- 200W Durable Power
- Non Slip Feet
- 6 Inch Blade Size
- Red Teflon Blade
- Stainless Stell
- Adjustable Thickness
- Low Noises
- Machine for Meat, Vegetables, Cheese & Fruits
It’s not going to be able to cut super-thick slices for you. What it will do though, is give you some seriously high-quality cuts and performance.
It’s a semi-automatic slicer that powered by a forceful 200W motor. It can be used commercially and gives you really consistent results.
There’s a built-in whetstone for keeping the blade as sharp as possible. You’ll be slicing through tough meat without breaking a sweat. The cutting is effortless and fast.
The safety is officially rated and is leagues above what many competitors are offering. Whether you’re running a small business or using it for home use – this slicer can do it all.
It comes with an extra whetstone and an extra belt as an added bonus. It’s pretty loud and not particularly suited to beginners.
In terms of quality and performance, this is one of the best professional meat slicer units you’ll come across at this price.
- Heavy-duty capacity
- Very robust and has long-term endurance
- Maintenance is quick and easy
- Provided whetstone and belt (with spares too)
